| I painted Johnny as a tribute to my Brothers and Sisters. Our Father died and we all found each other on the internet. Funny that we all had Johnny Cash on our song lists. I learned shortly after finishing that I had painted this on the 5th anniversary of Johnny Cash's death. I had no idea at the time but I felt like he was right there with me in my studio. I was so exhausted by the time I finished that I jokingly asked Johnny to leave!:) Hmmmm...I wonder??? |
